An Phis Fhliuch is a slip jig that is usually called "The Choice Wife" in English but that is really a euphemism for what the Chieftains more literally called it - "The Wet Pussy" (and we are not talking about cats. )

So any input on "muing"?

In Scottish Gaelic, a muing is a "mane", as in "the horse's mane". I suspect, however, that it might be used in that song as another euphemism for what is discussed above.

It's a different tune, though. I don't think either is a song...one's a jig and the other is either a jig or a reel (I haven't heard either myself).
