Looks good to me.
In the Ulster dialect, one would say it as bíonn cúis le gach ní a tharlaíos. And I believe in Connemara, they’d say it as bíonn údar le chuile ní a tharlaíonns (?). But the version here works fine for the standardised orthography (and for Munster?).
