Feckin' TG!
I had
'Caighdeán na Gaeilge san ollscoil in aghaidh caighdeán na Gaeilge sa mhéanscoil'
(The standard of Irish in university versus the standard in secondary school)

but I'm after realising 'in aghaigh' makes it TG, so would
'Caighdeán na Gaeilge san ollscoil in aghaidh chaighdeáin na Gaeilge sa mhéanscoil'
be correct? Or does having two things that take the TG ('in aghaidh' and the standard 'of') affect things?
Sorry if I'm making lettle or no sense.

Caighdeán na Gaeilge san ollscoil in aghaidh chaighdeán na Gaeilge sa mheánscoil.

You lenite "caighdeán" instead of putting it in the genitive because it is already followed by a word in the genitive. -- that's called suspended genitive.

Or, if you wish, you could even make it even more ginideachy and write caighdeán Gaeilge na n-ollscoileanna in aghaidh chaighdeán Gaeilge na meánscoileanna.

Or even better, in Ulster Irish:

caighdeán Gaeilge na n-ollscoltach in aghaidh chaighdeán Gaeilge na meánscoltach.
