It won't make a lot of sense as an idiom in Irish, i.e., you'd have to explain what you meant (but then again the English would need explaining too out of context). Perhaps:

Bronn beatha

I recieved a Heart Transpalnt 16 years ago and this phrase would symbolize and suggest that people should become organ donors, save lives by donating and in essence "DONATE LIFE".

Please suggest proper phrasing in Irish Gaelic.
