I don't understand the way idir is used in this construction -
Gráinne an t-ainm a bhí uirthi, ach ní raibh pioc cosúlachta idir í agus an banfhlaith sa sean-scéal. It's translated as - Her name was Gráinne, but she wasn't at all like the princess in the old tale.

“Her name was Gráinne, but there wasn’t a shard of resemblance between her and the princess in the old tale”—seems pretty straightforward to me …

OK - I thought it was more complicated than that (idir agus or idir being used to mean both, I wasn't sure) and the way it is phrased in English
