Tá leat anois!
Does this literally mean "You have it now!" meaning also "Now you've got the hang of it!"

What about the phrase: Tá leat!?

Tá leat - has the same meaning.

Sometimes both also used in the same context that one would say "fair play to you".

It is recommended that you always wait for three to agree on a translation.
I speak Connemara Irish, and my input will often reflect that.
I will do an mp3 file on request for short translations.
