actually, i'm asking for help in translating a phrase from the dialog that appear in the "Far and Away" movie.

No, nothing really that funny, just laughing due to the good mood. It's the standard cheering after somebody says a blessing or a phrase. Think of the same in English:

"Let's do this again"
"Woohoo!"
