If this is meant as a pun on ‘making’ (i.e., creating) love and ‘making love’ (having sex), that bit won’t come through in the Irish.

There’s a phrase that can be used here: mar a bheireann tú (X), gheobhaidh tú (X) ‘as you give (X), you’ll receive (X)’. So:

Sa deireadh (thiar thall), mar a bheireann tú grá, gheobhaidh tú grá
