Lá amháin, bhí Naomh Peadar ar saoire, agus bhí Íosa ina áit, ag na Pearly Gates. Tháinig seanfhear dó.

"What is your name?" arsa Íosa.

"Joseph" arsa an seanfhear.

"And your occupation?"

"Carpenter"

"What a coincidence. My father was a carpenter named Joseph. Now tell me, did you have any children?" arsa Íosa.

"Just one son."

"Wait a minute... it can't be... would you describe your son, please?"

"Well, he had holes in his hands and his feet."

Sroich Íosa a lámh croitheadh don seanfhear. "Father, is it really you?"

"Pinocchio?"
