Hello all

Looking for a translation of the quote "Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret."
I know i've seen it on here before but i searched and cant find it again? I know it is something like "Fulaing pian an disciplin no fulaing pian an aifialia" Can someone confirm or deny that? And the spelling of each word? I'd appreciate any help. I'm sorry if this is redundant for anyone but i just cant find it again lol.
