tútach = ignorant behaviour

adjective/adverb
I'm not sure how to explain it. As I couldn't find it in the FGB dictionary.
In Conamara it a common word to describe very unmannerly or ignorant behaviour.
Is duine tútach é. Tá sé sin thar a bheith tútach.

Ó Duinnín has "tuathtach" as "foreshadowing; threatening; ominous".

Edited - Actually it is in FGB but with the modern spelling "tútach" with the meaning "crude; mean; rude".
So I have replaced "tuathtach" in the above. (thanks Breandán).
