Thank you for the explanations about "La Whore". It could be said to be a trilingual joke, though. La (French) Whore (English) tar éis a sé (Irish). But the most important part is the interplay between English and Irish. It is very hard to find jokes where the pun is trilingual.

I am a Catalan speaker and I have heard the same joke about the man drinking from the pool but in Catalan and Spanish. It's amazing how the oral tradition spreads!

There's another way that it could be seen as trilingual, and I thought at first that it was intended.

La whore tar-éis a sé = La whore trashy [or: "trashy she"].
