The more I look up things in www.focloir.ie, the better I think it is. It is incredibly comprehensive for the words that have been included so far. It is like combining a lot of the other dictionaries/websites that are out there and bringing them even further. Sár-obair!

I speak Connemara Irish, and my input will often reflect that.
I will do an mp3 file on request for short translations.

It's not a perfect method but sometimes you might get what you want that way.

Another interesting translation from the new dictionary:
Does a bear shit in the woods? (also do bears shit in the woods?) = an Caitliceach é an Pápa? :mrgreen:

A learner of English could learn as much from this dictionary as a learner of Irish!
