Little background, I have numerous celtic tattoos being half Irish, but I've decided to look at some quotes to add that reflect the work I do in the mental health field as a psychologist and advocate. Currently I'm looking for the translation for:

"For the sake of those people without a voice"

I found on this forum that "for the sake of those people" had already been translated as:

Ar son na ndaoine siúd

I'm also looking at the translation for the following:

"For the sake of those people who need help"

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

To get you started, perhaps:

Ar son na ndaoine siúd atá gan ghuth "For the sake of those people without a voice"

Ar son na ndaoine siúd atá i ngátar cuidithe "For the sake of those people in need of help"

These are very literal. Await further input ...

Not exactly what you asked for but a few other suggestions..

Ar son na nguthanna/na nglórtha siúd nár chualathas. - For the sake of those unheard voices.
Ar son na ndaoine siúd nach gcloistear a nguth/a nglór. - For the sake of those people whose voice is not heard

(I know, yet another question.) Would glór and guth be interchangeable or would there be a preference for one over the other in this context?

And for the other maybe,
Ar son na ndaoine siúd is gá cabhrú leo. - For the sake of those people who need help.

I have used cabhrú because as far as I know cabhair shíciatrach is the phrase used for psychiatric help, so it may be appropriate.
