How to ask "Who wants to....?"

For the sentence, "Who wants to buy whiskey?", could you also say something like this?

Cé atá ag iarraidh fuisce a cheannach?
or perhaps
Cé a cheannóidh fuisce?

For it sayeth in the Bible
Cibé agaibhse atá gan fhiacha ceannaíodh sé an chéad deoch....
