Hmmm....good one! I agree that "baile nua" sounds kind of like "a new town." Maybe "cónaí nua" -- "new dwelling"? I don't think I've ever heard it, but it was the first thing that came to mind.
Other than that, I guess you'd have to get specific: "árasán nua," etc.
