le bheith deimhnithe would be a very literal translation, and possibly workable. I'm not 100% comfortable with the start of a phrase being "le bheith", I'd await more input before going ahead with something like that.

I am thinking of circumventing it altogether and putting in 'dáta sealadach' as in provisional date. I spend my time avoiding things I can't say rather than learning how to say them.
