draidheacht is the older spelling of draíocht

If you're going for the older spelling you might consider the Irish script (Cló Gaelach/ bunchló Ársa) as a font

Could something like "...ag cruthughadh m'eachtraí féin dom." work for the latter part of the sentence?

That looks good, but since the English word "forge" has in it something of the sense of creating something, perhaps it would be good to replace the verb déan with cruthaigh:

There are different ways to say it, in particular the beginning of the sentence, but that is as good as any.

I agree with using both "ag cruthú", and "is" instead of "agus".

Personally I wouldn't use "Santaím" as I think the main meaning of that is to "covet" (like in the biblical meaning). But maybe it's used differently in Munster.

Not really. That means "I covet/lust after magic and experience while I'm on my own way."

Alright, as much as I like Santaím visually, I think for me, Tá mé ag lorg draíochta agus taithí agus mé ag cruthú m'eachtraí féin works better. However, and this is because I dont know how to conjugate right now, I am wondering how draoidheacht is different from draiochta and if it would make sense in its place.
I had thought to do: Tá mé ag lorg draoidheacht agus taithí agus mé ag cruthú m'eachtraí féin , after reading over everyone's input again. -Kacey

Draidheacht is the older spelling, and draíocht is the modern spelling.
Don't leave out the accent if you are using the modern spelling.

Thank you very much. I am now feeling confident in my tattoo and have enjoyed the experience of all the help I have received from everyone. I'll be sure to come back and pay it forward once I learn Irish...extra motivation to keep it up too.
