Wow, you are a tremendous help! I really appreciate the time you put into this.

I'm still confused on the term Sodóg; I don't see it mentioned in the text. I do see Arán Sóide, which is Soda Bread. Is Sodóg a word for cake?

That makes sense, though I see Arán Sóide used more often.

Do you pronounce Cal Ceannann as Colcannon, or is that just the Anglicized spelling?

I've always heard people say it as if it were 'kul kanon' in English so that is clearly different to the Irish, which is nearer to 'kawl kyanon'
