With the recent passing of a repulsive individual, IMO, a couiple phrases came to mind, thanks to my upbringing. I was just wondering if there's a phrase in Irish that approximates the sentiment of "Τὸν τεθνηκóτα μὴ κακολογεῖν," i.e. don't badmouth a dead guy.
