When saying "Ferrell", do you put the stress:

1. On the first syllable so that it sounds pretty much like "feral" FEH-rul?

2. On the second syllable so that it sounds more like fur-ELL?

3. Something different again?

It sounds like number one, much like the word "feral"

Here's three versions:

᚛ᚑ ᚃᚕᚏᚌᚆᚐᚂ᚜ (O FEARGHAIL) (i.e., the spelling as you asked for it)
᚛ᚑ ᚃᚕᚏᚗᚂ᚜ (O FEARUIL) (i.e., a phonetic of the Irish pronunciation)
᚛ᚃᚓᚏᚒᚂ᚜ (FERUL) (i.e., a phonetic version of the English pronunciation)

There should be three lines with the marks > and < at either end. If you see only blank spaces or boxes or if there are any gaps between the marks, then the ogham text is garbled.

If it is garbled, let me know and I'll make a snapshot for you.

(Lughaigh might also be able to back-form an Old irish version and I could transcribe that to ogham if he can't type ogham on his computer.)

Sorry just to muddy things more, Irish identity gives Ó Fearail for Ferrall

Fearail is a simplified spelling of Fearghail, I think.
