The dots, I've gotten translations in the past with and/or without the dots and from what I do know seimhiu dots change the format/translation some. Visually, I like the dots as far as a tattoo goes.
Waiting on a couple other confirmations, also what exactly are the direct translations to English for Teann, Daingean, and Diongbhailte? The words will/are being used as adjectives.
Thanks again!
Séimhiú actually refers to the sound change represented by the dots...not the dots themselves. In modern writing, the "h" after the consonant serves the same function, but the dots look nicer, I think, with the older script.
You only have one in that lot that would require one. Diongbháilte would change to "diongbáilte," with a dot over the "b."
Teann: solid, bold, assured, confident
Daingean: firm, adamant, determined
Diongbháilte: steadfast, staunch, resolute
Don't forget the accent over the "á" in "diongbháilte."
