A bit more context might help, kierchon. This isn't quite as easy to translate as it might appear, so the more we know about what you mean by it, the more likely we are to be able to translate it accurately.

edit: I actually want "with clear eyes and an open heart"
and Im not exactly sure what you mean by the context. There isnt really another meaning behind it so I just want as close to the literal translation as you can get.

What do you mean by 'clear eyes'? You might have clear/unblurred vision, but clear eyes are another matter (bright eyes, perhaps). Clear is sometimes translated as glan, but this also means clean. Gléineach might do - it means vivid. Words don't always translate exactly from one language to another. Open heart might translate directly but I'm not sure (it could mean physically open, as in open heart surgery!). If, on the other hand you mean honest, or perhaps welcoming, that's easier to translate. So you see, everything has a context - it's depends entirely on what you mean by the statement.
