Good moring. I am trying to get translations for the following two phrases for a tattoo:
"May the circle remain (be) unbroken"
"The tie that binds"
Not certain if it really matters or would apply, but would prefer using the Ulster Irish dialect. Please excuse my naivety...I am very new to this!
Thank you for any and all help.

It's not entirely clear what you want, since the Ulster dialect of Irish is not the same as Scottish Gaelic, although the Ulster dialect is sometimes closer to Scottish Gaelic than other Irish dialects are.
If what you want is Scottish Gaelic, here are some possibilities:
Guma fuirich an cearcall neo-bhrisdeMay the circle remain unbroken
An dàimh a cheangailidhThe tie that binds
FYI, there's a separate section on this forum for Scottish Gaelic requests, at the bottom of the "Dialects" section. You might want to post any further SG requests there.
