She's got some misspellings in there (Not all that uncommon...just because you're a native speaker doesn't mean you're a brilliant speller. Look at all the people who misspell things in English!), which can make it harder to suss out what someone intends to say.

In the Ulster (Donegal) dialect, there are several word endings which have merged into an "oo" ending, so déanamh, rather then ending with "uv" as in most other places, ends in "oo". Actually, that particular word is very different in Donegal. Whereas it is something like DYAY-uh-nuv" or "JAY-uh-nuv" elsewhere, in much of Donegal it is pronounced as "JAH-noo" (completing ignoring the accent on the "e").

Not "most other places", actually, it is -uv ("DAY-nuv") only in Munster (which is the least spoken dialect) ; in Connemara they say "díona" (DZEE-nuh) and in Ulster we say "deanú" (JAH-noo or JEH-noo).
